Okra Jambalaya 2.0 Seed

Jambalaya 2.0 is an extra-early maturing okra variety that offers high yields of very uniform, shiny, dark green pods. Try growing this culinary delicacy! It's especially mouthwatering when fried, cooked, pickled or incorporated raw into a salad. The uniform shape of jambalaya okra also makes it perfect for pickling, as its smaller pods are more suitable for this application. Jambalaya 2.0 okra seed produces compact plants that can grow up to 3 to 5 inches tall. Okra grows quickly and it is best to harvest the plant when it is 3 or 4 inches tall and the fruit is still tender. Succession planting throughout warmer months works best because the plant becomes less productive when it is tall, making harvesting more challenging. Plant transplants when soil is warm.
