Garlic Montana Giant Hardneck

Montana Giant is a beautiful Rocambole type garlic that is excellent for cooking. These large, reddish bulbs contain 6-10 easy to peel cloves that have a high heat flavor that quickly mellows. Rocambole type garlic scapes typically loop twice and are known for their rich flavor. Scapes can be harvested and used for cooking before the garlic itself is actually harvested. Hardiness zones 3-8.
