Although used primarily as a pot plant because of its unusual foliage, hypoestes also makes an attractive bedding or container plant, especially when used in shaded areas as accents or borders. The high germinating Splash Select series exhibits more color contrast than other hypoestes. Recommended for 4" pot production, plants reach a saleable size in 12 weeks, with excellent shelf life.
